All installation activities at the construction site are placed under the close inspection and supervision of Trung Nguyen Company and in coordination with Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company.
Construction progress and methods meet Occupational Safety standards and Fire Prevention and Fighting must be approved by the Company before starting construction.
Trung Nguyen Company arranges the chief commander or technical commander at the construction site.

A team of highly skilled technicians with sufficient numbers to participate in the construction of the works is assigned to the construction site to keep up with the construction schedule from time to time.
3. Bố trí mặt bằng thi công:
Layout of construction site:
Arrange the total construction site based on the total installation site, the order of construction of the proposed items with paying attention to the requirements and regulations on construction safety, environmental sanitation, dust-proof, noise-proof, fire-proof, security, ensuring that it does not affect the operation of surrounding areas.
Electricity for construction: Coordinate with the investor to take the existing power source of the plant, install anti-shock CB and carry out grounding with the plant system.
All waste in daily life and construction is collected, transported, and dumped to the right place to ensure general hygiene and aesthetics of the construction site.

The materials put into the work must be approved by the investor, and compared with the quotation before being put into installation.
2. Các quy phạm kỹ thuật áp dụng:
Applicable technical regulations:
To ensure the construction of work items in accordance with technique, fine arts, and reduce defects, the contractor sets out a Process to perform and check each of the following jobs:
The technical department of the investor shall coordinate with the Site Steering Committee to consider and check the drawings (if any) or based on the quotation to carry out the construction.
If the drawings are found to be defective, unreasonable or the components need to be implemented in detail, it’s required to set out a direction to handle the defects and submit them to the investor and design consultant for consideration and handling.
Before moving to construction, the contractor will conduct internal inspection and acceptance.
After the internal inspection and acceptance is completed, the acceptance will be conducted with the Investor.

2.1/ Lắp đặt dây cứu sinh:
Installation of lifeline:
The installation of the blower on the roof of the factory does not have an existing lifeline system, leading to a high risk of falling. To ensure the safety of workers during construction, the contractor must set up a temporary lifeline system on the roof for the construction area.
During the installation process, safety factors must be ensured when working at height. In setting up the temporary lifeline system, the contractor must discuss with the representative of the investor to come up with the optimal and safest method for the work.
2.2/ Lắp đặt miệng gió quạt hút áp mái:
Installation of rooftop exhaust fan vent-hole:
Installation of vent-holes, fans and equipment: Cut corrugated iron roof -> install vent-holes -> install edges around -> install brackets for ducts and fans -> install fans. During the construction process, staff must be always present to ensure the safe installation in accordance with technique, avoid dropping materials and debris to the bottom (the machine is in production).
Installation of the power supply for the fan: The installation staff has expertise in electrical installation, the power supply for the fan must be taken under the guidance of the investor, ensuring the power supply is sufficient to meet the quantity of equipment. Since the equipment is installed outdoors, the actual impact of weather on electrical safety must be assessed and remedial measures taken directly on site.

Manufacturer 2 arranges 11 rooftop ventilation fans to suck out the factory heat
Manufacturer 3 arranges 12 rooftop ventilation fans to suck out the factory heat
Each workshop has its own electrical cabinet for automatic control (setting the time) or manually, and in each electrical cabinet, each fan can be turned on and off separately.

Calculation formula
Tg = X*T = 60*6,054.4 = 363,264m3/h
N = Tg/Q = 363,264/30000 à Number of fans = 12 units/factory (for Manufacturer 3)
Manufacturer 2 minus the space of 2 gables with working room: 11 fans are arranged

The standard of wind exchange in the factory is 60 times/hour, so according to the calculation table, we choose row 3 column F (12 pieces/factory).
Function of ventilation works: Create ventilation for the factory, the frequency of continuous exchange N=60 times/hour. The rooftop fan system forcibly sucks the "wind" from inside the full
factory and discharges it to the outside of the factory by the fan to create negative pressure for the "fresh air" to circulate into the factory.
2.4/ Vận hành chạy thử và nghiệm thu:
Commissioning and acceptance:
Operation of system
Power on for commissioning, the contractor self-checks and assesses product quality and noise level, if there are any shortcomings, it must be corrected and completed before inviting the investor to inspect and accept.
Temperature acceptance: Temperature sampling is carried out as follows:
Sampling before operation:
Use a temperature gauge to measure at the same time at 3 points chosen by the Investor and the contractor at the position in the middle of the factory with a height of about 3m from the floor of the factory divided into 3 intervals according to the length of the factory before operating the system and record the temperature parameters as a basis for checking the temperature difference.
Sampling after operation:
After operating the system for 20 minutes, the contractor will re-measure the temperature of the 3 initially measured positions. Then, compare the temperature difference before and after operation based on the following table

Comparing the results of column (C) CALCULATION TABLE 2 and column (d) CALCULATION TABLE 1, the conclusions are as follows:
If C > d: Meet the set requirements, conduct acceptance and hand over to the Investor
If C < d: Not meet the set requirements, the contractor needs to find remedial measures to achieve the required parameters from CALCULATION TABLE 1
The above temperature acceptance measure is carried out by the contractor together with the investor's inspection.
